I DIDN'T LEARN LEADERSHIP FROM ONE WORLD.
I learned it between worlds.
Jamaica, America, and the Middle East. Public, independent, and international institutions. Classrooms and boardrooms. Scholarship and practice. Motherhood, loss, leadership, and beginning again.
Each taught me something different about strength, belonging, authority, ambition, and what it means to lead.
For years, I thought the work was learning how to move between those worlds.
Eventually, I realized the deeper work was refusing to let any one of them define what leadership had to look like.
That tension became the foundation of my work.
Today, I bring more than two decades of leadership across public, independent, and international institutions to conversations about leadership, judgment, governance, and the decisions that shape people and organizations. My work has taken me across cultures and continents, from executive leadership and boardrooms to scholarship, advisory work, and the stage.
I am the author of Roses from Concrete®, founder of Nadine Inspires®, and creator of a growing body of work examining how leaders make consequential decisions when the answer is not obvious.
But the idea underneath all of it is simple:
You do not always have to choose.
Sometimes leadership asks us to hold what appears contradictory long enough to discover what the moment actually requires.
